I&#039;m very interested in agile methodologies and techniques, but I&#039;ve never worked on a team that embraced such a process completely, so I&#039;m interested to hear how Scrum works out for you.

From what I heard, a typical team needs a coach with prior experience in the process and about a year to &quot;get it&quot;. A neighbor team at work uses Scrum to some extent, but apparently it&#039;s no silver bullet, especially when important parts are missing (ie. a proper product owner). Anyway, a good team can be successful with any process ;-)</description>
